"My mom went to get her Covid-19 vaccine that she scheduled online several days ago. She went on time, but was turned away because they had given out all of their vaccines. I called to ask why, and they said it was an issue with their system, and that it sometimes happens. My mom needs to take a ferry to get to the appointment in order for her insurance to cover it. This makes the trip to the pharmacy more difficult and expensive, particularly for an older person with an autoimmune disease. I would have hoped they offered to help reschedule her for the next available appointment rather than telling her to do it. I would rely on a different location for your elderly loved ones "
