"They refilled a prescription twice within a couple days without me requesting it be refilled. I dont have auto refill but it wasnt even close to the next time i was supposed to pick up. But because they did that, I "ran out of refills"...even though i never even picked up the meds."

"Horrible worst pharmacy ever. They always forget to give me some medicine and send me a text and called me to go pick up. I tried to ask a question about the medicine then the guy who I talked to yell at me if will I take it or no. That was not my fault. I was supposed to take this medicine with others but they didn’t give me so I finished other ones already without taking this one. so I asked if that was okay and do I still need take this medicine and he got mad at me and yelled at me. I’m wondering if it’s happen to other ppl."

"Picked up my HRT here in the past and every time was given a hassle about it, eventually forcing me to use another pharmacy. The rules for how the prescription had to be sent seemed to change after the first pickup, they never tried to ask for prior authorizations from my doctor unless I went back and forth between both sides myself for hours at a time. Had zero issue with any other medications here so I don't really have any good ideas for what the problem could have been!"
