"Always a long line - the drive-thru is always closed with a sign that says it’s closed because they’re “short staffed” - they need new management - been this way for years Shame on Walgreens for allowing it"

"This location has terrible customer service. Any time I refill a prescription, they don't have it ready until i go in, then they start the process. EVERY time I refill my insulin, they tell me it's on backorder, but it'll be in soon. I often wait 2+ weeks just for insulin. Interestingly, when i make a stink about it, they transfer me to a different location, which does have it available same day. If this was a one off occurrence, fine. But this happens every time. It's not just with my insulin either. My diabetic sensors always take weeks to fill. One time it was over a month, and i finally had it transferred to a local CVS, which had it same day. I want to go to this location because it's closest, but it's clear they don't care. As of writing this, I'm out of insulin."

"My prescription is never ready when I go to pick it up. They always tell me to come back in an hour. Poor customer service and long wait times. I would highly recommend going to a different pharmacy!"

"Left me in the drive-thru for an hour. Ignored me and helped everyone inside. I was sick and needed my meds. They lost my prescription first and this was my second time having to come. The lady hung up the phone and wouldn’t let me ask if my prescription was even ready."

"Very slow only two cars in front of me in drive thru and waited over an hour to get to window. On top of that my prescription was sent in over 12+ hours ago and took them 10 minutes to find."
