"I wanted to updated my flu vaccine before going on vacation, but my doctor was unable to fit me in. However, the pharmacy here was able to. I was in and out quickly. Thank you."
"This has been my go to pharmacy for years . I Usually never have a problem getting my prescriptions. The technicians just work very slow . Which can be very frustrating especially if you just want to get your medication and go . Some of the technicians have a really bad attitude as well ."

"Natalie is a great pharmacist. She is concerned and considerate when communicating with you and your medication. She’s a five star worker."
"It seems like this pharmacy is getting worse. There's quite a bit of turnover, but the same pharmy technician is still there. I went to see my doctor on May 8, 2023, and the nurse faxed over the antibiotic prescription. No one called or emailed me from this pharmacy. I needed the antibiotics badly. I waited patiently, and on day two, I called the pharmacy around 5:20 PM. One of the pharmacy staff told me to hold. I did, then she hung up on me. I called back to inquire. The same person who answered the phone said that the prescription would be ready in 20 minutes. I walked over there, waited in line then proceeded. After getting all of my information, the Asian lady there told me to hold for a few minutes while she called another Walmart to check stock on the antibiotics. So, the doctor prescribed (14 days) antibiotics, but Walmart Pharmacy only has the ones for ten days. The Asian lady there said, “You can either go to another pharmacy or get a new prescription from your doctor.” I said, “I need it, so please communicate with my doctor.” I walked back home empty-handed. I'm coughing up blood and delayed in getting my antibiotics. It's now day four, and I still have no medications from Walmart. I wish Walmart Pharmacy staff communicated with the UW Clinic that they only have ten days of antibiotics vs. 14 days. Natalie was kind enough to call me back and informed me that she tried to contact the clinic, but no one responded. I've been in contact with the UW Clinic as well. I wish the medication availability info from other stores gets shared with this Walmart or vice versa. I had a phone conversation with Jessica and told her that I wondered if there was a miscommunication. She assured me there was no miscommunication and cut me off by rambling..., saying that she had the ten days of medication, but the doctor needed to prescribe it. She cannot just switch it for me etc. I know all of that. 1). So, my doctor faxed over a prescription. If Walmart does not have it, why didn't one of the staff pick up the phone and call the doctor’s office and advise them? 2). On Day Two, no communication from Walmart Pharmacy. Remember, I called, and they told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I told the staff that ill be there in 20 minutes. 3). I coughed with blood and walked to Walmart about forty minutes later, hoping to get antibiotics. I found that I do not get any medications after arriving there. Out of all the Walmart Pharmacy staff, Natalie seems to be the best communicator. Natalie’s efforts to go above and beyond set her apart from anyone else. She contacted my doctor’s office relentlessly, urging them to write a new prescription. The “coughing with blood” urgently finally gets attention. I'll have my antibiotics later today, but I'll be at work. So, I will be picking up my antibiotics on day five. Thanks, Natalie! I switched all my prescriptions to Alliance before but switched back because of the convenience."
