Reviews
"Staff in the lobby of the office building and the hotel are wonderful. The bar and restaurant are wonderful and have fantastic views! Overall a very clean and friendly building."
"Old relic right in the middle of an old city."
"I passed by this building very often until 2 months ago, and I never have a single good experience with people near by there. Their security are very rude and pushy, especially with me, a Deaf person. Their guard are not trained to communicate with a Deaf person properly and despite me requesting them to write down on the paper, so, they continued to yelled at me in spoken language that I do not have a single comprehension with, and after learning of my friend's mistreatment from another one of their guard, I've decided that it's enough is enough, and I'm going to give this building one star review for their poor, rude, and discriminatory guard. Please avoid passing by this building. And if you're an owner, please train your security guard on how to be more appropriate and decent human being especially when they're confronting a Deaf person waiting by the bus. I call for complete security replacement. To somebody more serious and know appropriate behaviors. Their security people are giving this building a very bad reputation. Especially within the local college students AND Pittsburgh Deaf community."
"Not so much my Experience but a dear friend of mine. This is absurd the way my friend was treated. I could see if she was causing mischief but my friend Ashly would never hurt anyone or cause trouble and she did not deserve to be treated like this by anyone, let alone some mall cop wanna be. The security guard obviously has no idea what she's talking about... Sorry lady but you ain't no Paul Blart. Do our people a favor and hang up your plastic badge!! Sidewalks belong to the city anyways!"
"We participated in Our Clubhouse Over The Edge event here."
