"I started using this pharmacy in summer of ‘23, so not long but long enough to know I’ve never used a better pharmacy. I really like the multiple ways of communication (text, call and website, to name a few). Along with that they respond very quickly to inquiries. If within business hours it is usually no more than, a few hours. If after business hours, fairly soon after office hours resume. I don’t think I have had to try a second time or contacting via another avenue. The medication is always properly packaged for the time of year to keep at a safe and appropriate temperature. Recently had a small bump in the process and it was VERY quickly communicated with me, fixed and mailed within the same day! I’ve never had to worry about not ordering it in time and running out before new one arrives. I’ve gotten check up messages to check that each new batch is still working like it should and if I had questions, they were there to chat. Also reminding me I might be ready to order a refill. I don’t think I’ve had any better customer service experiences when it comes to pharmacies! Keep It Up!!"
