"Very well stocked 2 bd 2ba room. Room was warm and had a nice deck with a lovely view. We loved having the option to stay in and cook being able to relax and enjoy the room. The beach is close enough to hear the waves & walk down on the sand."

"Always a wonderful stay, this visit did not disappoint. Rooms are super nice and clean. Kids especially love the swimming pool super warm. We had a minor issue with the TV and they were on it, maintenance department rocks especially Tim that gentleman needs a raise. Thanks for having us can't wait to come back!"

"This was a short vacation with friends. Friends rating is off the charts zillion+. Every part of this property is maintained and run in a superb way. Not all beach properties are worth a recommendation. Razor clam opening day for the season was our arrival. Our friends were already there and clam guns were available to them. We brought our gun with us. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the cleaning station provided and it also was maintained. Can't brag more about our stay!!!!"
