"Great cafe here, best coffee in town. They had oat and macadamia milk substitutes and have a great mild blend. The hotel feels a little like a hostel although was very clean and with private bathrooms. Very thin walls but okay for us as it wasn’t very busy (weekday in winter). Lovely restaurant upstairs and great staff. They offered us complimentary bikes and EV charging."

"My wife and I stayed here during the Ice Storm that hit the region. We had other accommodations booked but the storm prevented us from using those. The staff were nice enough to fit us in which I greatly appreciated. While I did find the room large the lighting in the room left something to be desired. And While I appreciate arts and crafts I think some upgrades to the lighting would be a good start. Apart from that the main reason for a hotel stay is Sleep so let's address that. 1. The Bed - Horrible. Worst sleep I've had in a hotel. The mattress and pillows were just unspeakably worn down and I expected better. My wife had a neck issue that lasted 3 days from pillows with no support. Peace and Quiet. 2. The noise - While I understand that noise occurs in public spaces this was next level. Dogs barking at 6- 7am in the hallways and very loud voices just congregating. It seems like the walls have little or no insulation at all even from room to room voices coming right through. The location is great right near the beach so that's a plus. If you have kids I'm sure they would think this place is great. Just know as parents you're not getting much sleep here."

"This is both a wonderful hotel to stay and to get married at. I came to photograph a wedding. Which was incredible. The staff did a wonderful job helping to make everything perfect for the couple and the guests. But, as I got to stay at the hotel too, it was just so lovely. The rooms were great, the pool fun and you can't beat the beachfront accessibility! And good coffee in the lobby."

"Fun Hotel with a 2 min walking distance to the beach and trails/boardwalk. Dogs are welcome here. Hotel has a game room with ping pong table, Foosball table and Shuffle board, as well as games and puzzles to pick from. Rooms are spacious and clean, loved the rustic design. Coffee bar in the lobby, as well as 24/7 coffee to enjoy by the fire place in the lobby. Complimentary bike rental, first come first serve. Saline pool, water temperature is 95 degrees! Restaurant/bar on the 4th floor offers great views of the ocean. Distillery on site with free tasting for hotel guests."

"We have stayed at Adrift at the holidays a few times. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, not a 5 star hotel but very well appointed. The coffee and tea bar is very nice and the espresso stand is key. The restaurant is good with quality food. I used the spa for the first time on this recent trip. It was efficient with a very good massage. I look forward to a return. The star of the show is definitely the pool and saunas. A heated pool with open air is fun. On our first trip we got to see a thunderstorm over the ocean while in the pool under cover. They have added to the area over the years. We asked for a picture of Buddy the Elf for our holiday trip and the staff came through. We had a good laugh about it. We will definitely be back for our holiday tradition."
