"We had a great long weekend here! Our first time staying here. It was our son's 11th birthday. I called the front desk when inquiring about rooms. She hooked me up & gave me a perfect location that was near trail entrance. It was a pet friendly room & perfect for our 3 little dogs. Rooms were comfortable. Everything worked great. Pet areas were convenient. The trails to the beach were great. We had the free breakfast and coffee. Used the free wifi. Great TV and channel options. Spacious room. We'll be back for sure! Thank you for the excellent hospitality."

"We arrived early at 3pm but we're unable to check in early. We showed back up at 4pm and we're told our room would be another 20 minutes. We didn't want to wait so they gave us a different room, and I am sure it was a down grade. Soon after entering our room a maid stopped by to drop off towels. It was obvious our room was a rush job and I felt like it wasn't vacuumed or cleaned very well. Breakfast was mediocre and the coffee was out 3 separate times. The hot water in the lobby was cold and doesn't get changed all day. The pool was fun and had lots of toys for entertaining. It was a little disturbing to see the poison of the camera right above the hot tub. Most staff were friendly. The location is perfect and the outside court area is nice. For what you pay for the room and the quick access to the beach it is well worth the price. We did see many cigarette butts all over the grounds and employees smoke too much it smelled awful everything we left our room."

"Horrible facility! First place I have been told my 11 year old child could not sit in the hot tub with his parents! (I understand that type of rule if the minor was not with a parent)We were actually thinking about one day buying into this place, but could you imagine paying HOA fees, owning, and not being able to have your family enjoy all of the amenities? Get the heck outta here, this place is a joke. The rooms are just ok on there best days, go somewhere else where you can use all the amenities they sell you on!"

"Needs weather stripping on doors. We had to block the draft with our beach towels, a bath towel and a wash cloth plus the luggage rack to pin the bath towel. Even with this set up cold air was coming in and the heater never shut off. Not sure if intended but we only had 1 hand towel to the 4 sets of wash cloths and bath towels. Top floor is the best for the gorgeous views. Definitely would stay again for the view."

"The room was absolutely fantastic. Decently sized and with decorations that we liked. A great kitchen and living room. My only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower sucked, but the bed was very comfortable, so I can forgive that. :) We even tried to stay an extra day! I look forward to staying there again this upcoming summer!!"
