"- Location near the beach, few minutes driving. In the street with lost of restaurants. 5' driving to Seaview. - Room ok, cleaned. Full basic amenities. Good housekeeping. - Complimentary Breakfast: Excellent with menu changed daily. The lady in charged of dining room was laborious , she always cleaned the table right after clients left. - Front desk staff very nice, helpful."

"This hotel is kept spotless by dedicated, hard working & very friendly staff. The breakfast includes many options. It fits our needs perfectly with space to gather in the eve off the lobby & bonus clam cleaning table outside with running water. Good location as well!"

"The staff we dealt with was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great for what it is. Tons of options! And the older woman working it, keeping food stocked and cleaning tables, was so friendly and kind. The hotel is in a great location. The lobby was updated and nice looking. The room We were in smelled musty and was not cleaned well. I'm sure house keeping isn't given enough time, but it needs a deep clean. Bed wasn't great either. It was fine for what we paid which wasn't full price because I used BW points. If I had points to use and could get the room discounted I may stay again for a night. But overall I wasn't impressed. But I've stayed at worse. The highlight was the breakfast and the joyful woman working it. You could tell she loved her job which was great to see."

"Nice hotel next to the Marsh musuem and within walking distance to everything. The receptionist who checked us in was very nice and attentive to our needs without us having to ask. She is also a local and was able to provide information about the area. The breakfast had a variety of food to choose from, and everything was clean and comfortable. I will stay there again."

"Always greeted kindly by staff when registering. Rooms always clean & amenities are good. Breakfast is included & pretty great options. Good coffee & great locations, easy access! Staff is quick to get us registered because we make reservations directly."
