"I have been living here at Nimbus for over a year now, and I have no intentions of moving anytime soon. I have developed a wonderful, friendly and respectful relationship with all the staff here. The staff will buss their butts to make sure that the community is safe and clean. but as always we will see negative reviews from people who are just naturally unhappy with everything and everyone and it shows. Those 2 manager Kioni and Sara do their utmost best to make sure that our community stays safe, they have no control over the out side environment. They host a series of community events to try to bring the community together. Our maintenance guy Dave does an outstanding job also. It takes a village to keep NIMBUS up and running like any other community. So instead of belittling the staff or community, help to make it better, pick up after your self and pets. if you see something out of place fix it. add value to your environment instead of destroying it. I love the peace and quiet that NIMBUS offer me. and I love the staff and community. It's and overall great place to live, and I absolutely love love love my killer view. we are a product of our environment. never forget that."
"Current resident here. Nimbus is a hidden gem, with an incredibly helpful and friendly office staff, supported with a fantastic maintenance tech (shout out Dave, Kioni and Sara, you guys are amazing!) Clean property, fun events, welcoming staff and a community-oriented atmosphere. Highly recommend renting here."
"My experience living here in the Nimbus community has been a very great experience thrust far. Love the very mix community, staff is amazing. I’m not a pet owner but the community is very pet friendly."
"This property management group is a complete joke. Please be smarter than me before calling this place home. My 1 year stay was complete hell. The staff here are not properly trained what so ever. The property manager, Kioni, made it very obvious she didn’t like me which is absolutely fine, touché. However, you are a property manager, if you don’t like a resident, put your big girl pants on and smile at them and assist them. I moved in when they opened, the apartment flooded the first month. They moved me into another unit - great. Didn’t send me a lease for it. I had to ask a few days later. They probably wouldn’t have even sent it to me. Had an ESA letter for both my dogs. - they still charged me for a couple of months until I asked multiple times to credit me back. They finally did halfway through my lease. I asked to leave - they approved it once. I decided to stay due to wrong timing. Now let me tell you why I asked to leave though. Crackhead galore. Crackheads screaming outside daily. You want to sleep? Good luck with the crackheads screaming outside every night. Crackheads in the lobby with all their belongings, sleeping in vacants, sitting in the lobby waiting for the guy who lived on my floor, to come get them and bring them back up to his apartment. Other neighbors on my floor even left notes on his door telling him to stop bringing his crackheads into the building. The 3rd floor reeked of chemicals or ammonia. This man was bringing in people who were not in their right mind at ALL. A neighbor told me a guy knocked at his door telling him the FBI was looking for him? What?! Secured building? Yeah, okay. I had to call the cops a few times because there was crackheads screaming outside of the entry door of the building, one with his shirt off running back and forth doing acrobats. You’ll get a show every night if you live here, no need to go to the movies. Maintenance manager? Walked into my unit at 8AM - I never put in a maintenance request. He was 2 floors wrong. How? I lived alone mind you. If my dogs were to attack him that would have been another story to tell. The bald maintenance guy, out of everyone there is the kindest person. Then, later asked if I could leave again but for real this time because it had gotten way worse: crackhead on my floor dealing drugs, crackheads screaming nightly, watching almost every other day outside of my window people overdosing and medical assisting them, building not being secured AT ALL. A security team is needed for these apartments. Have children? Not the place for you at all. Wanna take your dog for a walk around the block? Watch out for foil and needles. Kioni decided I could leave, if I paid half of my lease break fee after providing enough evidence of why I should be able to get out of my lease with no penalty. They should allow anyone out of their lease if they do not feel safe and provide this type of information. As I was asking her to please let me out of my lease, a resident came in and told the office that there was human feces in the garage on the ground. The guy even walked away laughing because of how insane that is. My point exactly. Pay $150+ for parking the garage? Expect your car to get broken into. Every other day it was posted on the resident app. My car was better off on the streets than the garage. I left in October with a final statement of $200 and something dollars, now I got a bill of $700 and something dollars. An absolute joke. You cannot send a final statement and then a month later, another one. I should have no bill due to the things I have experienced there. Appliances are trash, take a picture when you move in. Everything cracks, breaks, 1 inch space between the flooring and the wall. Pics? I got it. Do not live here. It’s Everett, you can’t help the drug pandemic but you can certainly choose to live somewhere else where the staff maintain an actual secured billing and know how to do their job right."
"My experience with Nimbus has been the best of any apartment I've lived at so far. I have been in the community for about 2 months, received amazing assistance when applying, and regularly see the property managers, Sara and Koini working about the property. My one issue is with other residents I guess, as the fire alarm has gone off 3 times since living here, however, even in those events, property managers show up to update and assist. Beyond management, I've had very fast and efficient fixes with maintenance, communication via residents app is very nice with frequent and relevant community updates, floor plans (even the studio I'm in) are spacious, updated & clean. Building, mail & package access is secure, I've had zero noise issues, and even the area in downtown Everett is well located & quite safe (with common sense & situational awareness). I've been very happy with the gym room & although I have yet to really use the rooftop balcony or lounge, they are nice things to have in lieu of a swimming area. The community of residents is friendlier than I expected as well, which is a nice bonus and I think shows that, in general, residents are happy with their living situations."
