"Bayview apartments are absolutely horrible! My experience there is an experience I hope to never have to relive. I have a few complaints to make about the apartment. First off, the bathroom fan does not work so when someone uses the bathroom, the whole apartment will stink cause its so small, speaking of small, I just moved into a new apartment and the my current bed room is much bigger then my living room at bayview. They have extremely small living rooms, you can't even fit couches. I have other complaints as well I feel I should talk about a little... The fridge is also very very small and makes a bad smell in the food. I always had to throw out food cause it tasted bad from the air in the fridge. It didn't stink but it caused a bad taste in the food after a couple of days, also, the fridge leaks.. How does a fridge leak? I do not know but the fridge leaked.. Every morning I wake up I find a small pond of water under the fridge door and I always had to clean it up, every morning i wake up, its the first thing i did. I also could not use the dishwasher cause everytime i did, it leaked.... all the water would be on the floor. It sucked and its been by far the absolute worst apartment I have ever lived in. Although there are good things about it like its location is amazing and the parking garage and the washer and dryer are great but, I do not recommend it at all. On top of all that I did not get my deposit back. Its highly priced and very unworthy."
