Loved the layouts of the units and the amenities they had. Most importantly the staff were great. I brought my little one and we’re offered some snacks to keep her busy! "The People, this apartment, can't say enough good things. I called and Charles answered the call and helped me with so much information over the phone just to start. He was so kind and genuine, also very patient with my million questions. He got my Husband and I all set up very quickly for a tour, then of course once seeing this great apartment with it's amazing location, Charles helped us proceed with all things necessary for application and move in. He was Terrific. Can't say enough good things about him and his co workers. We've been living here a few months and loving every moment. Will say also the Waterfront Apartments are very kid friendly with all sorts of amenities and things to do and nearby to many restaurants and parks. Don't hesitate."
