"My significant other, granny cat and I stayed at one of the furnished units on Grand Ave from May-September. Leslie is very responsive and an A+ landlord. Her rental price was very fair considering the current rental market and we loved our location by the water near Grand Ave Park. If you're staying in the summer, the unit didn't have A/C, but we asked beforehand and brought an old unit with us. We would certainly reach out to Leslie again if we ever venture back this way!"
