"Not great if you have children and not very much outdoor space.It often takes a week or more for maintenance and the manager susan never actually cleans the playground or even pays someone else to clean it. Would not recommend if you have children."

"With the cost of rent in Lynnwood going through the roof we were able to find Nordic Pines to be our new place. Although it is old you don't get charged all the fees other places charge. We get two parking spaces, no charge, no monthly pet rent, no charge for water sewer garbage. With that said yes there are some downfalls like the baseboard heating. But all in all location location location and for price we are at peace."

"I have lived here for more than 3 years. If I had the option to move here again I wouldn't. I like the old charm of the apartments especially the ships on all the front doors but it doesn't make up for the fact that they are old and not maintained well. The maintenance staff just sort of does "bandaid fixes" and doesn't fix problems for the long haul. The grounds are often littered with trash, same goes for the playground area. I actually won't let my children play at it because it's very beat up and messy. There was a whole week that there was trash just thrown around the dumpster area and no one cleaned it up. The manager, Suzon, and her husband are doing the bare minimum to keep their jobs. It shows in the complex and in the overall happiness of residents. When things are pointed out to them that need to be taken care of they might get back to the next day or over a month later."
