"As long-term guests we can objectively say that the rooms are spacious and very well maintained. The staff is exceptional in three ways: The general manager and team lead both have exceptional heart-deep dedication to maintaining a clean, comfortable, appreciative "home place"--whether for short- or long-term guests. The service is always fast, better than requested, and personally delivered. This is notably true of every staff member, and particularly true of the maintenance manager, who for 17 years has put his total professional focus into making ESA Lynnwood a great place to be--however short or long your stay. In summary, the management and staff here are a pull-together team who put consciously invest personal care, competence, and competent into every aspect of the home-grown hospitality they consistently provide. The location of this property is exceptional. While in the heart of a vibrant retail area, the rooms and public areas of the building are quiet. Whole Foods and well-known eateries are within easy walking distance. The city's Zip Shuttle provides low-cost personalized door-to-door local transportation. Even a hospitable lounge-equipped Barnes and Noble book store is a short stroll from ESA Lynnwood's front door. Finally, local management maintains a strong respectful security relationship with police, fire, and ambulance services to ensure guest security. ESA Lynnwood is a great combination of customer-pleasing pricing, comfort, and service in a location that provides close-by access to most of life's necessities and niceties."

"Kendall, the manager is so understanding and friendly. She is a great manager and addresses things promptly. She is very accommodating. Melanie, is the one who checked me in originally and was so welcoming and inviting. Joan is so nice and is always helpful. All of them are excellent and I am grateful. They all enjoy my company and my family and even made my unsocial dog more friendly. Thank you team!"

"i spent 6 nights there; it was absolutely a AWESOME stay, staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are amazing, loved the kitchen, it was luxury, clean room, clean elevators, breakfast is coffee, oatmeal, and muffins (warm the muffins up in the microwave) I most deff will be staying here again some time just because, great location!"

"I intended to stay for a few weeks but left after one night in this appalling facility. Everything looked and smelled dirty, the bathroom sink was partly blocked, there was one round of hard soap, you had to ask for a plastic container of a few dishes, you had to ask for dish soap, towels, etc. The sheets had obviously been washed but still had stains. I was assured my room card would let me back in after hours, but I was locked out at 5 AM as was a man who had gone out to smoke a cigarette, in 40 degree weather and pitch darkness, until a resident who was leaving let us back in. Literally the worst place I've ever stayed in."

"We've done two stints at their Lynnwood location and have found it to be quite refreshing. We've had amazing encounters with several of the housekeeping & front desk staff. Joan is personable & kind. The manager, Kendall, is very nice unless you allow stupidity to take over the not so common "common sense." There are affordable weekly rates with great amenities. It's worth checking out on your way through or while tending to business or pleasure."
