"The worst renting experience ever!!!! We lived there for 3 years and the management is horrible! Constant problems that took several months to repair and most just over looked. Black mold everywhere and always comes back no matter how much bleach is used. When moving out we still had a month paid and moved early and asked if they could hold our things we forgot, and was planning on coming back 2 days after we moved. They came into the apartment early and tossed our belongings."

"No record of us living there?? Lies. I was a resident here for a year and a half so no need to delete my review. This place ‘lost’ our rent check money order and kicked us out when our child was under a year old. They wouldn’t even allow us to pay it after they couldn’t find our check. They gave us 72 hours to vacate. We even tried to take it to court. Terrible management company. Then weeks later our check magically showed up. What a joke!"

"By Far one of The best apartments in the area of Gresham, My Move in Experience was nice smooth and fast! Apartment management is Super kind and very Helpful! Community is Great, awesome location close to all general stores Would greatly recommend these apartments to anyone!"

"Looks like my review was erased as well. These guys are slumlords through and through. Chris is a liar and a cheat. He ordered the manager to lie about us on our references so we couldn't find a place. It wasn't until the managers conscience took over and she went against him and would be honest and give us a good reference anyway as they should have in the beginning. 5 years and never a complaint and paid rent on time. If you get the opportunity to live here, don't, RUN!"

"Since my last review was deleted, I shall post again. This place is all about money. They do nothing for the tenants. I was charged $75 for my app fee. We had the neighbors from hell below us, and for a full year, they tormented us. Management knew, and didn't do a damn thing. There's mold in the closet, actual growing fungi. I'm sure I'll get a nasty reply from the owner (I did with my last review). What's the point of having people post reviews, and giving the business owner the ability to delete the ones he doesn't like??!"
