"Update: last night someone hopped over my fence to my porch and stole my property probably realizing that there are no cameras anywhere on the property! Definitely don’t feel safe here! Update: Caught people on camera breaking a van window on 3/1 at 11:56 PM added photos of the white truck unfortunately couldn’t the truck had no license plates. Then a couple days later saw a note on some struck that was in the middle of getting syphoned but an individual caught them and the person ran off. Brought it up to management and was told “cameras are on our list but not until construction is done.” Mind you construction isn’t supposed to be done until May and even then will they actually do anything? If your household has two vehicles this is not the apartment complex for you. While behind the gate is great visitor parking is horrid. My cars gas tank has been tampered with several times and management does not care. Cars windows have been shattered and their belongings stollen. Do not park in visitor parking. Your car will be damaged. I’ve brought it up to the previous management and the new management team, and nothing has been done to rectify the situation. They have no security or cameras in the parking lot. Went into the office to asked for a second parking space behind the gate, because none of those spots are being tampered with was told they would call me back 3 weeks ago and no one did. When ever I call they tell me “they’re looking into it” I feel like I am being ignored and dismissed. The lack of compassion and empathy they have for their tenants is beyond infuriating."

"After they transitioned to Bluestone Management I would give them 0 stars. if you're looking to move into this place I recommend not. Management has been nonresponsive on requests, never are in the office during hours they told us would be, and will cancel your requests without contact like when I got locked out of my apartment. They don't answer any of their lines no matter which options you call or press despite being open 8am to 5pm weekdays, you will only get their outsourced maintenance line who says they'll call back and does not. This is nothing against the maintenance guy Aaron who is extremely helpful and kind, I'd give him 5 stars. They don't have enough parking, parking spots are all compact size so there isn't enough room for anyone to open their car door, the doors are not insulated, the doors to each apartment building that are supposed to be only entry by proxy are broken and anyone can get in/out the building, and there is no security monitoring the complex unlike how they advertise. You are paying way too much for no actual security, management, or comfort."

"The manager Sharday is absolutely amazing. She came in on her time off to make sure that me and my children could get settled into our new home before the holidays. She went above and beyond, spending countless hours making that happen. I cannot express my gratitude enough. I have lived in several other places and other states, she is by far the most humble, kind, funny manager I have ever encountered. Makes me feel comfortable being able to live here with my children. Coast Management definitely picked the right person to manage a community. Truly amazing person and again…… thank you 1000x over! ❤️"

"As a person who currently lives here, DON’T DO IT. Yeah, the upgraded appliances are nice. However, my husband has had his window broken, catalytic converter stolen and someone tried to steal the truck by taking a screw driver to his locks. My car has been hit in the parking lot. There is nowhere near enough space to park so people park in the fire lane. And yes, people do get towed from there as well. There is constantly broken glass in the parking lot from people getting broke into. No security cameras have been put up. And all of this in a year and a half!! We are so ready to move."
