"Living in here for more than a year now and I can tell this is our home. Our manager has been very supportive since day 1. She deserves 5 stars, she is very kind and always has a great attitude towards us, plus she’s bilingual (my parents only communicate in Spanish, so we appreciate it).Communication with her and maintenance is always good and easy. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful."

"Horrible slum lords. rent has doubled in 8 years. No maintenance. No amenities. Vandalism to cars, mailboxes etc. Won't clean or replace decades old carpet or appliances. We have paid for all the new units with our exorbitant rent but see none of the same."

"Very unprofessional management. Definitely needs a new manger who isn't gonna disrespect and talk down to people in the manner they do or be very aggressive and have power trip issues. Don't rent here they will approve you get you in and find anything to evict just to scam someone else.. if I could give no stars I most definitely would. Upside on that note is the area is very nice and quiet, doesn't get a lot of traffic and the apartments are also very nice and well maintained.."
