"We lived here from 2020-2023 they are the worst. Dishwasher was broken, fridge popped super loud randomly when it shouldn't have, horrible management, bed bugs in the carpet and management wont do anything except call an exterminator and make you pay out of pocket, and tons of other issues including favoritism. I would not consider or recommend this complex or company what's so ever."

"My husband and I moved here in August and we have been pleasantly surprised by the management. She is so involved, always communicating what’s happening, taking needs seriously, and lives on the property so she’s readily available. The view of the golf course cant be beat. The neighbors are nice and welcoming, and it’s overall a pretty quiet and quaint community. We love it here. Most of the apartments have been updated, and they do a great job preparing the units for move-in. We’ve loved living here and calling it home."

"There were different people in management a few years ago but the new management is amazing! Land Lady is the best I've ever had so far. If theres a problem let them know and they are on it. It is well worth the price you pay to live here. It was way cheaper to live here than some other small apartments that weren't as nice. Apartments are nice and includes a community pool. Definitely worth looking at at least!"

"I had such an amazing time staying here, the office manager was always very friendly and extremely helpful. I never had an issue with her or maintenance. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone and everyone. The views are beautiful and the apartments are updated and really nice and spacious. Fantastic overall, thank you!"

"People here are sociable without being invasive, and neighbors are super polite as long as you are. Make friends with your neighbors and they'll look out for you. I'm having trouble with my upstairs neighbors making noise, and the community manager, Dianey, has been an absolute hero every step of the way. She bends over backwards to make sure everyone here gets what they need. She went out of her way to help us make things go smoothly when we drove here overnight from California, and she does a great job making everyone feel welcome. Repairs are quick, and staff is understanding. The scenery is gorgeous and well-maintained. Nobody plays loud music or is disruptive; I've never experienced any sort of notable bad behavior from any resident here. Everybody respects the no-smoking rule and smokes outside the premises. They look intimidating, but they're nice people. Even the kids don't make excessive noise when they play outside. It's got a (CLEAN!!!) pool and a small dog park, and parking isn't a nightmare. It's a really great place."
