"I was referred to Jane Parker, an agent with Don Nunamaker. Since I was living out of state, I wanted a local agent who could be my "boots on the ground." Not soon after our telephone introduction a home came on the market that fit my needs. I did several days of due diligence on the property and Jane advised me that the selling agent would consider my offer unless I came the see the house in person. She did mention that she was in Maui on our first call, but it wasn't until many days and conversations later that she disclosed that she was actually spending the whole winter in Maui and would not in fact be able to show me any homes until April (but she was happy to pass me off to one of her associates). Not exactly what I need, but if you want a "digital nomad" realtor who is spending her days making calls from Kite Beach, then it might work well for you."
