Whether you need a tractor to rent or whatever you're using it for whether you need a trailer any power equipment you could use they have."

"Used to be a great place before Herc buyout. They will rent you equipment that is defective and then question you about it when you return it. If you don’t like being a mechanic on someone else’s equipment don’t rent here. The manager Brian must have been promoted out of desperation or nepotism."

"Such a disappointment that power rents has sold to Herc Rentals. This used to be a fantastic organization with a local feel who was truly invested in their long term customers and their community. Herc only cares about bringing in money and nothing more. Items that used to be able to be rented by the hour or 4 hour blocks are now mandatory full day minimums and the prices have all increased significantly as well. To top it all off, I call ahead (90 minutes) and was told an item was available and when I arrived I was notified that it wasn’t checked in previously and I would have to wait for them to check it in, before it could be checked out. The supervisor did offer to restart my time for when it was actually ready (crazy they would charge me time before it was ready in the first place) but was “unable” to offer any discount for their delays while we have workers on the clock waiting for the equipment that we were told was ready. Guess it’s time to find a new place to rent from."

"The ink hasn't even dried on the paper from Herc rentals taking over power rents. I was a loyal customer to them until today. I called the number and asked my first question. Which was "Did the price for rentals go up with the transfer " answer from worker. Yes on most things they did he answered. I rented a machine 1 month ago for $175 per day. That same machine is now $205 per day. Called Sunbelt rentals and they where $180 per day. Looks like sunbelt is my new place for doing business."

"I rented a machine that unfortunately the previous renter filled with gas...not diesel. Was real bummed to be down and was not great for my plans. Luckily the guys sent out the lead mechanic promptly and swapped out the machine within 4 hours (45 min drive time...so 3.25hrs) I was looking at options on Craigslist or in woodland to save a buck or two but it ended up the 5 star service was well worth it."
