"Ethan, the maintenance guy is great! Personable, friendly and responsive! If only the manager took a page from his customer service book... This property, overall, has declined in cleanliness and customer service since this manager came on. Have fun taking out your trash! We're ADA accessible, just look at the last pic, that was our ramp for months! Update: one reviewer stated there has never been a problem with trash. Here's two months worth of pics. "I love living here, the community is really quiet and in a great space. I've never had any issues with management or maintenance. When I have put a maintenance request in it has been completed really quickly. management is super friendly and always willing to help. I definitely recommend it and I am trying to get a few of my friends to move in. When I first moved in the trash was definitely an issue, but it has been a lot better lately. They've been very on top of making sure that the property looks very beautiful!"

I see that people have complained about the trash area but since I have moved in, I have not had an issue with it, they also have landscapers weekly that make the place look beautiful."

"This property is in a great location and I thought a small community would take pride in the maintenance and upkeep of their property. Unfortunately, things like sanitation get put on the back burner for weeks. The dumpster area is unkept and, quite literally, the most disgusting trash/recycling facility I have experienced in an apartment setting. Two and three weeks have passed without a dumpster pick-up because they are not able to get to it due to the mounds of trash piled up on the ground. When trash is finally disposed of, there are remains smashed into the ground, so I hate walking in there. The 2 pet stations are just as bad...waste bags are often overflowing. The management is unresponsive to the condition of the trash situation. The nail in the coffin was management's refusal to address the issue of a large aggressive dog living in the apartment next to us. The manager stated this dog is a "companion animal". On more than one occasion, I mentioned that this dog lunges at my daughter when our paths cross, and the dog's owner has to pull the dog back with both hands. We took extra precautions to avoid contact, but our safety was never made a priority. I consulted with Carolyn Benbow, the Education and Enforcement Manager for Fair Housing, who informed me, as well as the manager at Meadow View, that aggressive dogs do not qualify as companion animals and the property management is required to take measures to ensure the safety of the residents, but there has been no response."
