"Angela is wonderful! When I called in she took down all my information because they didn't have any apartments at the time that met when I wanted to move in. She just called me back because they had one and was super nice when I had to tell her unfortunately I found somewhere else (literally a day ago). When I'm next looking for a new place, I'll definitely reach back out. Give her a raise!!"

"Extremely over priced and the rent keeps going up at approximately 150.00 a year. They raise the rent as if this was Portland, downtown Vancouver or one of the brand new apartment complexes here in Battle Ground. Unlike other more upto date apartments you don't get free assigned parking or any included utilities. No AC like new modern apartments. No mature trees, extremely hot and miserable during the summer! These apartments don't even include a washer, dryer or a garbage disposal! Over the last few years more and more drugs, unemployed, unattended children. Kids run wild at all hours during the summer, noisy, stressful. Many renters move in unapproved/documented roma res, multiple family's. Imagine living under 5-9 children not going to school!"

"We moved in on 2/10/23 and our experience has been wonderful. Richard in the leasing office has been very helpful and accommodating, and always eager to help. Property is big but very peaceful, neighbors have been very welcoming, Property is clean and well kept. We had in issue with one of our gate keys and Brandi was very kind and helpful. Both Richard and Brandi are far from amazing. Nice to finally see a property that cares for their residents. If you are looking for a home to truly call home this is the place for you, highly recommend them."

"I have lived here for about a year and a half and I have had nothing but good experience. The best part is the staff they have been Accommodating and quick to help with anything I need. I have locked my self out of my apartment and the community manager came at 8 pm on a Friday to unlock my door. I have lost my garage door opener and they got me a new one right away. The community is great I have no complaints. Also I have forgotten to pay my rent and they checked in on me and made sure everything was alright and made me feel comfortable. They are great people if you want to live here and feel taken care of this is definitely the place to go."

"I love it here. The property management is awesome (Tim and Sheldon). There is a lot of construction going on, but only during the day. I like Battle Ground, I out of all the higher end apartments I looked at in the area, this was the least expensive, had the best management, and is the quietest. Having lived in rentals all over the U.S. - you are always going to have issues out of your control. Does parking get tight? Yes. I rent a garage. Parking issues are a fact of life in a rental community. If I had to complain - it is my community neighbors who smoke on a non-smoking property, and then don't police their cigarette butts. Of course, the irresponsible pet owners who don't clean up after their dogs. But overall the community is well taken care of, and suits my needs perfectly."
