Ron Urban, Legions Realty came to our engineering firm and enlisted our help for one of his clients. (Residential Storm Design, which you all know is now mandatory for building permit approvals.) We provided the approved engineering plans, geo-tech reports, paid for the building permit, etc. and he did NOT PAY US. ($4800!) We tried everything under the sun to collect payment. In the end, we placed a lien on HIS CLIENTS PROPERTY. As a potential home buyer, can you imagine this? So, buyer beware! This man is DISHONEST and does NOT honor financial promises. So sad to say, but typical "Used Car Salesman" persona. Please, please think before you utilize or enlist his services."
