Magnolia Square Senior Apartments

"I put in a review about a year ago saying my feelings and what my review was. I didn't think I would have to write another review. But apparently I feel compelled to write another review about my home building. SERIOUSLY WE SHOULD BE CALLING HER QUEEN OF MAGNOLIA SQUARE." LOL. Many neighbors including me has been and still do stear clear of a neighbors dog and the owner of the dog who I must say is a outrageous extreme terrorizing other neighbors and me and bullying us neighbors, not to mention a very good manipulator to get people to become friends with. And when in the end everything goes wrong in the end. So I would be very careful hanging out with this person in general. Oh and she manipulates all are guest who frequently come in. So if I were a new comer that just is and did move in here I would stear clear of the bully and her drug car tell street dog who's a brown big dog. This bully should be called "QUEEN OF MAGNOLIA SQUARE." LOL. Hope this helps. Put a star in this review if it helps u."

"I was so excited when I received a call from the manager that I was next on the list for an available apartment here at Magnolia Square Senior Apartments in Battle Ground, Washington. My tune has changed since I moved in here. This place is riddled with ongoing crime and NOTHING and NO ONE is doing anything about it! Cars are being stolen and vandalized from the parking lot which has no security cameras on the property. At least having cameras might deter would be criminals from violating our vehicles, not to mention drug deals that occur at all hours of the day and night because the parking lot is hidden from plain sight. The police are always here for something or another. This building is attractive, but is unkept. Mold and mildew covers the exterior and no one seems to care about that or the crime. That's just the tip of the iceberg of problems that plagues this complex. If you're looking for social interaction, you can forget about that here, because people here are very clickish, mean and vengeful. They will gossip about you. I was quickly warned about one particular old wrinkled woman who rides around here on a scooter with a big brown dog. I was told she's a junkie and manipulates people here and the system to her own advantage. She even got the manager's apartment here, watching everyone and praying on the vulnerable, mentally ill and disabled. Her dog has to be muzzled because it has already tried to bite tenants and has chased other tenants dogs in the hallwzy and parking lot without a leash, scaring everyone in the complex. People have witnessed her anger outbursts and she seems to get her way and enjoys bullying everyone here. She acts like a manager, but is not in charge of anything as far as I can tell, but her endless religious rants and anger outbursts make her a very unstable and unpredictable person to be around. She reminds me of someone who has an addictive personality, who has lived on the streets, with borderline personality disorders. This place is not welcoming. Unless things change, I am looking for another apartment because of the crime and the people here who are evil and manipulative."

"Listing information shows A/C . Units DO NOT have A/C. Open public areas of the building has a/c. Elementary school environment of people monitoring your every move and words. Interjecting themselves into areas of your life that are off limits legally. If you can keep to yourself and have limited interaction it’s probably best. Going out of your way to help and be kind to some holds no meaning or value. If some can’t find something they fabricate it and your side will not matter.. Rent is reasonable so most tolerate the Disfunction and immaturity. A few shady things have happened on property. Landscaping is unattractive and not tended to. Building and outer windows in dire need Of a good cleaning. Mold and mildew."

"I find it very upsetting that the current manager incorporates rules for some, but not others. She picks favorites in other words...while treating the rest of us like we're beneath her."
