"Prose Apartments just opened in December and they are slowly working through the leasing kinks. My boyfriend and I had a great experience with Kenny and Fayth. They explained some mix up’s with apartments and that what is online may not match the back end as the work through pricing everything correctly. They both were extremely kind with the million phone calls my boyfriend and I gave to them with different questions and concerns! We were in a time crunch with our current lease ending and needing to find a new apartment asap. Kenny even stayed past close Sunday (2/25) so that my boyfriend and I could pick up our keys and start moving stuff in. Kenny told us he is new to leasing and doing his best, but we would have never know any different as his knowledge on the property and each of our questions was very helpful- he is amazing at what he does! My boyfriend and I are so grateful to be joining this community and seeing it grow as new neighbors move in and the amenities finish up being built. Thank you Kenny and Fayth for your guidance and warm hospitality in the process! Prose is in good hands with Kenny and Fayth in their offices!"

"I had been dealing with Ashley for about a month and never could get a straight answer on the apartments for rent in My budget. I called several times to see if another apartment was going to open up at 1495$ a month. I wanted that one and she told me I had 48 hours to have my name on it. When I called her to see if I could come for a tour she said it had been rented. She told me she was sorry and put me on a list to make sure I would be called if another would come up at that price.Well she never did. So I looked again today and one is listed for 1412$ for a 15 month lease.I was so happy I called immediately (I did a happy dance and cartwheels) I spoke with a lady named Fayth. She didn't have as my answer for me and said she couldn't find the apartment I wanted.It was on 3 different websites and there own at that amount. So she tells me she has to call or email her boss. I waited all day for me to have to call back after 5 pm and ask if she spoke to her boss . She told me that that's not there price and her boss told her that the computer is wrong and will update there prices to the correct price during the night. This is a rotten joke to play with your customers. Hard working people need homes here in the PNW. Very unprofessional,And it is false advertisement. Y'all should be ashamed of running a business like this. I took pictures of all the prices so you can not say any different. Very false information from your staff and company."
