She came along part way through my lease, convinced the property owner he could get higher rent on the property I was in, and then waited like a predator for me to make a mistake, and pounced on it to end my tenancy and a local new growing business, only to have the property sit vacant for several months. She libelously claims rent wasn't paid, when it was merely late. She lost her client $thousands$ by pushing out a paying tenant, and ended a local business and community art resource. She doesn't know true hardship, and lacks genuine empathy and understanding. She's doing fine- no sweat off her back if you're homeless, or struggling; just money in her pocket from her commissions."
