"I booked a room in August directly through the hotel’s website, and I even received a confirmation email. But when I arrived a week later the hotel had no record of my reservation. They offered me no viable alternatives or apologies for the error. The manager/owner never tried to get in touch with me after the incident. I have tried to reach them multiple times with no success. Absolutely poorest service I have ever received."
"I wasn't even allowed to stay because I am a local, my apartment is being maintenanced and thought we could stay there while they did the work it would be frustrating to try to do with a 2 and 6 year old underfoot, so I thought getting a relatively inexpensive room with a kitchenette would be a good solution until I was told many times this morning after explaining my situation that i had no intentions of long term stays just needed a few nights, that they don't allow locals to rent their units. my assumption is to have rooms for tourist, and detour locals from occupying rooms with long term stays because there isn't enough housing in the area. I understand that, except its fall this is not tourist season and in the end your leaving rooms empty instead of filling them..."
"Great little motel. The front desk receptionist Heidi was so insanely helpful and kind. She alone gets 5 stars. Thank you again for all your help!!"
"Basic... Basic service, Basic room, basic pillows, basic bed, basic furniture. Everything about the room was just basic. No place to sit except on the bed..no chair, stool, nothing. Just 2 pillows. Furniture looked like the stuff you see in a college dorm...traffic noise was an issue...you could hear every car going by. And absolutely nothing on the walls...no pictures or artwork...completely bare. I"ve stayed in a lot of hotels/motels and all of them at least had some artwork on the walls...nothing of a personal touch to make a client feel more welcomed and relaxed...seemed weird. The room appeared clean and well maintained. Just basic."
"I wouldn’t routinely leave a review, however the rooms leave a lot to be desired. We stayed one night in a room with kitchenette. The bed was soft-comfortable and sheets were clean. However, the room was barely holding on (e.g. couches were worn and sticky, only 2 of 4 stove burners functioned, and there were duplicate microwaves and large visible gashes in the dry wall). Most notably, the tub insert had a large amount of water beneath so it felt like you’re surfing when showering, a significant safety hazard. I emailed the co. and hopefully this will be fixed for the health and safety of future guests."
