"Avoid at all costs. All the negative reviews are spot on. Was told they would work with me. 1 month after applying and 2 days before I move in, they deny me for my "criminal history". Jonna is rude and very unprofessional. She will lie to you to make her job easier and then lie to your face when you bring up what she says. They also don't follow the Fair tenant screening act. They will be hearing from my lawyer. Rent at your own risk."

"By far the worst place I’ve ever lived. They up the rent every few months which is ridiculous. I’d understand if they were actually doing some beneficial remodeling but no. The managers are never in the office when you need them. Cops are always on parole in these apartments. Do not move here. It’s a gross place."

"Be wary before moving here. My experience was negative from the start. Extremely unprofessional management and very rude customer service. From the start of when I was trying to move here, they basically went MIA. After sending paperwork and my safety deposit, they refused to answer phone calls or texts. They told me to wait to see if I am approved and they would call to tell me if I was accepted or not. We’ll time and more time passed, to the point where I figured i didn’t end up getting a room. To the point where I had to harass call them to see if I could get my money back. To which they finally answered me, to surprisingly tell me I actually had a place. (I mean I was seriously about to take my losses and frantically look elsewhere. But whatever at least I finally knew.) then they tell me my move in date, and I waited. When it was time for me to move in, they have lazily informed me late of the prior month, that it was actually going to take an additional month before I could move in! Despite what they had previously said! So now I was homeless for an entire month because of their false and lazy information. I hadn’t even mentioned this yet, but prior to moving in and getting accepted, they wouldn’t let me see the place at all. No tours, no pictures, no video tour. Nothing. I was literally walking in blind. To top this all off, the main person I was in contact with on the phone, (I forget her name now because I have tried to erase this management from my memory for my own stresses sake.) was EXTREMELY rude and condescending to me every time we spoke, they lack any sort or understanding or patience and overall you can just sense that they do not care for their tenants. I honestly was hoping I didn’t get accepted already because I was seeing so many red flags, but them giving me the cold shoulder for the longest time gave me no info on what was going on. Now for the living portion. They are extremely unprofessional, and this is an unsafe place to live in. Multiple cars have been broken into and robbed (including mine) and there is constant property damage. I told them my dishwasher and garbage disposal wasn’t working and they didn’t send anyone to fix it until one day it completely broke and water was flooding the kitchen floor which I took photo evidence of. They are completely unreliable and cause yourself grief and inconvenience. My oven was so old the door was sticking and it actually bruised and cut my hand when I tried to open it. It didn’t cook anything with proper temp, and was completely useless. They cut down all their trees that separated buildings, left a huge mess everywhere for weeks, and good luck trying to sleep at normal hours. They hired gutter cleaners and didn’t inform anyone, so people’s decks/balconies, got so nasty and dirty (including mine) and got all the gunk all over our belongings. They hire people to do jobs early in the morning so sorry if you are coming home from work late night and only get 4 hours of sleep! Now to end this disaster story, they never informed us of our last month of lease. Never left any letter stating our lease was ending, never notifying us if we wanted to renew or leave, UNTIL, it was too late for us ANYWAYS! They left a letter on our door stating we now have to pay month to month, AFTER THEIR “well you have to notify US FIRST” saying we were trapped into a month pay without exception. This leads me to believe this management is extremely slimy, extremely greedy, and over all extremely unprofessional. We will never, ever, resign our lease here and I hope you’ve made it this far into this review to hopefully help you reconsider giving yourself this much of a headache as we have received. They won’t send you notice if your lease is nearing its end until it’s too late and you have to pay for another month you didn’t ask for. And when you ask about it they send you an extremely rude text. Overall, can’t wait to get the F out of H."

"This was a great place to live!! If I hadn’t had to move because of my job I would e made this place my home for at least a few years. Maintenance was always prompt and quick with repairs. Front office staff were AMAZING. Shout out to Kim and Jessie for being superstars and the most wonderful management I’ve ever experienced. Thousand times better than anyone that I encountered when previously living in Bellingham. The rent price increase is understandable as people are being pushed out of rising city living prices. I get it. But it’s worth it. The community is great, the amenities are great. I’m definitely going to miss living there!"
