"Recently moved in and can’t complain yet. During our whole application process and move in experience, the office staff, specifically Ben C, has been outstanding with quick responses to our questions and were flexible and always willing to help. He was extremely patient with us on tour day as I wanted to see many options they had to offer and Ben never had a problem doing so. Our apartment on move in day was nice and clean, freshly painted, and if there are any small defects, we have the opportunity to mark them so. I seriously cannot express more the friendliness of all the staff and the wonderful experience I had applying and moving in."

"We have lived here 10 years we get the worst service. We have to pay our own water and garbage, today our was turned off . When I said something to management around 4pm he said they gave us notice, which was a total lie, @6 pm we get notice water will be off 4-6 hours, we pay 2300 a month and water and management won't notify us. Management you suck"

"I was a good consistent renter that paid the comparatively high rental prices through the pandemic. I never caused an issue for nearly 2 years and I hardly asked maintenance for anything during my tenure. When I received a notice of steep price increases on top of already above market rental prices, I just laughed and decided to buy a house instead. I spent hours cleaning the apartment to make sure it was in better condition than when I found it. Minor defects in the apartment didn't bother me upon move in. Regardless, I noted them to the management company. They proceeded to lose the documents I submitted and then charge me for them, including a serious safety hazard where they're lucky no one was hurt due to their negligence. Surprisingly, their false claims exactly totaled my deposit, and they refused to return it. I sent multiple emails back and forth with the management company attempting to make things right, but in the end they just stole my deposit, and refused to even let the utilities company know the date that I moved out, causing additional charges. This is not just the typical utility fees that I paid every month. These were charges that for time that I was not in the unit and they refused to correct. I expected better from this complex. I wasn't from the area, so my options were limited. Believe me, there are other options if you continue looking. Multiple of my coworkers have had similar experiences with this complex. Thankfully, it looks like they're starting to get a reputation that should prevent honest people from being harmed by their shady business practices. I never write reviews, but I felt an obligation to pass on my experience. There were a couple bad reviews when I went to rent, and I dismissed them as potentially bad tenants. I didn't think it would happen to me. I urge you to heed these reviews and exhaust all your other options before reaching out to Cascade Meadows."

"I typically dont write reviews, but felt the need to counteract the negativity here. The units are clean and well laid out. The landloard, Joanna, is professional and seemed to take her job seriously. My work schedule was a bit sporadic and she was accommodating for working around package deliveries, or special requests like keeping notices off my door while I would be gone for extended periods. I had only one issue while i was there and it was dealt with immediately as soon as I talked to Joanna. The after use inspection is getting a lot of negativity here. It seemed fair to me and my full security deposit was returned at 14 days following the end of the month. A cleaning fee is deducted, but this was outlined when signing the lease. The 'utility fee' someone was complaining about im assuming is the monthly water/trash payment that was also listed on the lease... The ONLY thing I think would be worth deducting a star for is the trains that come by tend to be loud, but its Burlington - You can hear the trains from anywhere in the city."
