"Place is very cheap for 1 bedroom and only have to pay electric bill and cable if you choose to have it. New Management team very respectful. A high school and elementary school in walking distance. Alot of Restaurant around. Easy access to highway. In case of an emergency fire department and police department."

"In the year I've been so many problems. Manager is not professional this place is like jail. My kids wore getting blame for fire works and trash. Manager is rude. Calling people a lier all the time. Talking bad about the people who live there. I hardly know any one out here and I got to know people's name cuz of her. I have been to her office twice taking responsibility for my actions and she always say " I have pictures" but never shows them. Any who not a good place I have been having bugs since I moved in. Carpet was never changed only washed. I am from California never had bugs."
