"Charged us over $1500 for carpet replacement upon move out but failed to provide us actual proof that the carpet needed to be replaced. If you move here, don’t expect to get your damage deposit back. When we moved out we left our apartment immaculate: cleaned all appliances, baseboards, fans, walls, shampooed the carpets, etc. The place was spotless, top to bottom and they still kept every penny of our deposit claiming bogus charges. Vanessa is a snake."
"They are constantly going into our units, every 1-2 months and having us clear our storage spaces when the units are too small to put anything anyway! They don’t have nearly enough parking for the permits they give out, and have no respect for their tenants. Everything is constantly breaking, with no help from maintenance either. I doubt I’ll even be getting my deposit back, as the bathtub has begun chipping (I don’t think bathtubs are supposed to do that!!)"
"My partner and I have lived here for about two years. The only reason we are leaving is due to job opportunities in another state. This apartment complex has been an incredible place to call home. We are close to many shops, parks, and local restaurants. On the rare occasion we ran into an issue with a sink or refrigerator, maintenance was quick to respond and help us. The landlord manager on site (Wanda) is friendly and incredibly helpful and made our living experience here all the more enjoyable. Do yourself a favor and apply here!"
"I will be leaving your residence. I was intrigued the way the until was built. The main reason I decided to be a tenant was due to the patio that was available. I haven’t been able to go out on my patio in over a month. I found black mold on the ceiling in my patio and reported the issue to office. I had someone from maintenance come to check it out the issue on January 02, 2020. It is now February 12, 2020 and the issue has still not been fixed. I received a call from the office manager on February 12, 2020 after it had to be brought to their attention again. They are now saying the tools are available to start fixing the issue. After I approached the office manager to notify, I was interested in leaving on February 11, 2020. Because February is a short month and I missed it by a day to get the request in. I was notified that I would have to pay the entire lease but the only reason I decided to search another place because I don’t feel as if the complex was being efficient about the issue. Black Mold is a dangerous matter. Which should be handled urgently. Which I don’t feel my interest was a concern. Which was something very important to me and the Office doesn’t seem to care. I’ve been a model tenant since I’ve been here and have never been late"
"My partner and I are so excited to be living here. Its a beautiful property and the recent remodel has left all the apartments gorgeous, modern and with all new Whirlpool brand appliances. The pool and sauna are super clean and the on sight manager is incredibly friendly and helpful. Looking forward to a wonderful summer in our new home."
