"Low Quality Inn. I'm not a picky person.. sometimes I stay at old motels and am happy there because I just need a comfortable bed and a shower. My partner and I called in to see what was available. We were quoted 110 for a room with a jacuzzi. We were happy with this and paid. When we checked our bill online, we were charged an extra $50 in service fees. This is pretty unheard of for me, especially since we were staying for one night and we were not warned about these in any way. We called to see what was going on and had to call back two more times because the customer service people were almost impossible to understand (Foreign accents). After all the trouble, we were told that our whole stay (one night) would be refunded. We've waited and we've waited and finally checked the bank and to our surprise, we were charged an extra $50 on accident. We've been told this will be fixed, but will only actually be getting a $15 refund from the original stay. Customer service is a ******* nightmare at this place. Also, our shower head was broken. I'm not one of those people that complains about everything, check my other reviews."

"SCAM! they tried to charge use more money after we already paid for the room. The room they said we booked was not the one we paid for. Apparently there was no manager there either. We tried to cancel and they told us we have to call to cancel… we ended up leaving and booked another room at a different hotel."

"Awful experience. I booked a room and paid for it online and when I got there they gave me a cheaper room. I let them know and showed them my confirmation email and the person working at the front desk stated if I wanted to pay extra I could stay in that room. It doesn’t make sense why I would pay extra if I already paid for it online. I asked to speak to the manager and the person working at the front desk called him on the phone and stated “these people are saying that they booked a suite for this price”. He never told his manager that we had a receipt and didn’t even give him our confirmation number. He proceeded to say if I wanted to pay extra then I can stay in the room I booked. I asked if we could speak to the manager again and he stated that there wasn’t one on duty. I then asked to cancel and they told me I would have to call to cancel."

"I enjoyed my stay for the most part. Reasonably priced. Clean room. Spacious room. Only complaint is the tv was very old. I didn’t appreciate the Asian lady at breakfast watching me like a hawk. Felt uncomfortable. I’d come back."
