"This hotel is so outdated. The lobby is beautiful but the rooms need to be remodeling. The walls are so thin you can hear people talking on the phone. We were moved to a different room that was more quiet. The hotel staff are awesome. The front desk people are so helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. The a/c unit was not effective. There is no complementary breakfast but they do have breakfast you can buy and it was good. Overall it's more than pricey than it's worth for such an outdated hotel but the location is good."

"The agent at the check in desk was very nice and friendly. My colleagues and I are in work trip and when I booked the room, it suppose to be a king size bed. After check in and went up to the room to found out that it two queen size bed. The heater in my room is not working and it’s 34 degrees outside, I only have a thin window curtain (my colleagues have 2 thick curtains) so at night when I look outside, I can see cars driving. Along with the noise was so loud that it is unbearable. The window is not seal properly so it feels like I’m sleeping on the side of the road. I would not recommend this place especially for business trip since you can’t even get a good night of sleep after a long day of work."

"For 60 dollars more, you can escape the low quality bed bug motels nearby. Absolutely worth it. Walking inside, it smells and looks great. Customer service was on point the whole stay. The rooms are kept clean, but there was one stray hair on the bathroom door and a few things looked aged, but that was all minor to me."

"Room was very clean, bed super comfy but pillows always flat. No service showed up after first night of stay until I left. No sign suggesting I needed to request this service. Kids running through common areas screaming and dripping wet EVERY time I stay here, smell of chlorine in hallway from unusual indoor pool that room doors surround. Unfortunately, you can hear children yelling from pool and it echoing throughout the room like its a YMCA at all hours of the day. Great raw bar downstairs. Fun outside area. All service personnel have been SUPER friendly, but it appears to turnover frequently."

"Great location and some updated features. Rooms are updated and look freshly painted. Entry way is remodeled and the breakfast was good. Overall the hotel was a little older with older fitness center and common area. Hot tub and pool area are both inside. The hot was under repair when we were there so we skipped the pool."
