"This particular hotel's main source of income is through a local nonprofit called opportunity council. Meaning often times they allow homeless people and their friends to stay free (and usually use). There's been literal felons and sex offenders in house, not to mention overdoses and cases of choking and abuse (on camera) that were not addressed by management. Needless to say it creates an unethical and unsafe environment for families and their kids just in town for the night. The punjabi Canadian managers (who rarely visit the property) have no problem sacrificing kindness, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality for some money. As long as it makes Mahil Inc some rupees. For all their aplomb and financial/real estate acumen, these individuals don't understand the deep impact this lack of integrity and morality will have on their lives. They made the money, they got the Teslas and Mercedez, the new clothes and nice houses, but ultimately missed something important along the way, that no amount of riches or surgery can fix."

"Found hair in my clean towels (x2) and some sort of gross bit stuck to another. Rooms are decent size. Bathtubs are great size and there are heat lights which was nice."

"Photos online of this hotel are very deceptive. Booked this for a quick one night stay and was disappointed. The room was dingy but clean-ish. The lobby felt very run down and honestly not welcoming. Upon check in there were random people drinking in the lobby and the front desk clerk was very rude. The property of the hotel also did not feel safe as we could hear people outside yelling all evening. The bed was actually comfortable though and it was pretty cheap."

"I was completely insulted by the guy behind the counter. I've been a very clean and quiet guest. I was double charged for the night and when I brought it up to him he proceeded to tell me that I was just gonna have to wait and that I wasn't charged twice. I booked thru the wyndham app at a discounted rate and paid. Then the person working the desk charged me again at the regular rate. I showed him my receipts and statement and he told me to have more money so I didn't have to worry about this etc... He continued with I needed to pay on time. Mind you I paid at 10:04am. Then he said there was an issue with door slamming and an old couple. Yes there was because they kept slamming their door so I asked if they could not slam the door. Then he tried to say I had people hanging around outside my door which is completely false. My sister and brother in law stopped by 2 times to visit and they never hung outside my door. He threatened that I was going to be put on the do not rent list!!! All because I wanted my 128.00 reimbursed. I have been in customer service for about 30 years and this kid should find another line of work. I'm outraged and appalled. I'll be making formal complaints and leaving reviews. It's sad really because the other people are fantastic and very kind. ."
