Quality Inn & Suites Federal Way - Seattle 1400 South 348th Street, Federal Way, WA 98003

"I got bit by bed bugs at this hotel. Those bites got infected and I had an allergic reaction and had to seek medical treatment three times over a week time as a result of the bites I got when I stayed at the Quality Inn in Federal Way on 348th. I reported this to the front desk and got a call from the manager Gary Duhrah, and got his email and sent him all the images of the bites I have endured. He has yet to respond. The hotel staff also went through personal belongings."

"All around great place until you’ve been traveling late and you have to wake up early as all get out because they wanna go and host A VERY LOUD SINGING CHURCH GROUP. Like really dude COME THE F ON. People jumping around and singing insanely loud with the door to their little conference room wide open. This is a HOTEL NOT A CHURCH!"

"The room was super spacious and had a lot of storage space or room for cribs. The space was definitely nice. The bed was far too firm And the amount of sound you can hear when in the room (outside noise, hallway and adjacent rooms) was a lot more than hotels I've been in before The TV Chanel selection was alright...some channels that would have been great were blacked out! The pool area looked great and had long open hours (wish the hot tub was operational when I was there...definitely dissapointing that it wasn't as I booked the location with the hot tub in mind) The service was fantastic. All the night front desk staff were phenominal...friendly, accommodating, patient, kind. Definitely some of the best hotel service I've had."

"All the ladies who work here from front desk folks to house keepers are super sweet and helpful. I stay here frequently for work & this is one of the few places that allow you to get choice rewards points through CLC bookings. Pretty good breakfast for a hotel too"

"Decent Quality Inn at a convenient location right off the highway and close to a lot of food places. The lady who checked us in late at night was very welcoming and friendly which made all the difference. Free parking outside, free breakfast and clean facilities. The bed was comfortable, the sheets and towels were clean. The housekeeper was very nice and provided toiletries when I asked for some. Plenty of hot water, good water pressure. No noise from outside or adjacent rooms. A lot of the negative reviews seem to be saying the building is old but I found that was the norm in the area for similar price ranges. It’s well maintained and we had everything we needed for a short stay so I definitely recommend this location."
