"My mom and I have been staying here over a week due to repairs going on in our home, and our entire reservation is for over a month. The grounds and lobby are very clean. They offer breakfast and there is a cute little bar. However, the lack of housekeeping is disappointing to say the least. I am used to every other day housekeeping or to call if you would like your room cleaned, sheets changed, etc., but here, their policy is you have to request 24 hours in advance. There is nothing inherently wrong with that, but it is wrong when you do call and request and nothing happens. We would go down to the front desk to inquire why our room was still not cleaned after multiple timely requests and they would act clueless. After multiple complaints and asking to speak to the manager, another staff member came from the back and offered to move our room, and to set us up on a consistent schedule for cleaning, replacing towels, toilet paper, etc. Well, that was days ago and we have no clean towels, no toilet paper, sheets still have not been changed. You would think that if you have longterm guests, there would be more effort put forth to make their stay as comfortable as possible. We've given up at this point and are working with our insurance company find alternative accommodations."

"Wheelchair Accessibility I give a min. Of 5 stars. This was seriously the most Perfect stay at a hotel I have had in such a long time. La Quinta hotels are by far my favorite choice to stay at."

"My mom and I stayed here in September, 2023 for family related purposes. The wonderful people who work at this hotel have friendly and caring personalities, our room was clean, warm, modern, and the breakfast buffet was excellent! Some of the delicious items to choose from included waffles that you can make yourself, hard-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, breakfast style potatoes, protein, toast, yogurt, cereal and milk, juice, oatmeal, mini jellies and mini Nutella packs! There was a highschool soccer tournament group at the hotel, too. Lots of people but not loud. Walking distance to a shopping center area. We definitely will be happy to stay there again! Thank you Crystal, and the hotel manager and staff for your kindness and generosity."

"Noise *The AC is ancient models with noise like tractors. * The wall is very thin and you can hear noise from next door and hallway clearly. * Though not close to highway, the car noise can be heard at night. Service * no room clean during the stay unless you call to request. This was fine during Covid-days but they seem to find a new way to cut cost. * can’t keep promise. Guest can get booted out during paid lake checkout. Very unprofessional!!!!"
