"This is our second stay here and both visits have been wonderful. The hotel is near numerous restaurants and shopping areas. The room is inviting and comfortable. Finally, the service is top notch. All the hotel staff we've encountered have been attentive and responsive. Sherry, in particular, has been simply wonderful. She has gone out of her way to make sure our stay is pleasant and our needs are met. I can't say enough good things about Sherry, the rest of the staff, and the hotel. We will keep returning here whenever we are back in Federal Way."

"I arrived at the marriott this morning, My nephew had kindly booked me for early check in with his card.it was supposed to be a breeze coh he had already paid. booked me in advance and he paid with his card. beautiful hotel by the way vert classy and clean.however chrissy at front desk insisted that i swipe my card.i kindly informed her that my host who is my nepehew ahd already paid and i went as far as calling the said nephew who confirmed that payments had been made,she smiled and said no problem it is just for security reasons they would not charge my card...Lo and behold to my extreme chagrin and embarrasment i was rudley shocked when i went to pay for my lunch and my card was declined...MARRIOT had unscrupulously even after my nephew spoke to chrissy and informed her that he had already lodged his card and recieved the payment slip..to say i was traumatised embareassed and heartbroken is putting it lightly..i am serioisly thining of.boycotting future staays at thrle marriott...SMH"

"It’s in a good location, near a few shopping centers. The rooms need a little more lighting and wasn’t too happy there was a few women hair in the the sinks and bed. Other than that it was good for the price."

"Would have gotten a four star at least, but 9 cars were broken into my first night there and one of those cars were mine. The hotel charges $8 per night to park, but no security is provided for that $8 apparently. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were comfortable. But again. The parking lot is unsafe!"
