"This has been the absolute worst apartment experience I have ever had, and I have been here for two days. Getting into the apartment was a nightmare as I had to persistently call (several times a day) as the follow up was poor, errors were persistent, and we were not notified of even half the information we needed to move in. For instance, we did not find out any move in details until the day before - when I had to call - because they did not provide any. We also were given no information about the lease after our application, I had to request it virtually since they do it on move in day and we also weren't aware of that. It's interesting that they stress a smoke free community so heavily when I walked into the apartment and it reeked of cigarettes, with the remnants right out front. The apartment is dirty, it does not look like anyone did even a walk through to check honestly. We also are missing a cabinet (that was supposed to be done in advance) and just found out our washer and dryer doesn't work and we were not notified. We tried to call after hours maintenance, no answer. The office was also supposed to call me today about removing the smoke odor, they also did not do that. This place was clearly not move in ready, I would not have given a single star if it was an option. We are incredibly disappointed with the choice we made in living here. — Update: I was overcharged $2900. It’s been 4 business days without this money and they are STILL working on an emergency check request from their organization. This is money to literally live on, my account got overdrawn because of this and I’m going to have to request yet ANOTHER check that will take who knows how long. 4 business days without $2900 per their error is absolutely ridiculous and I do not wish this financial stress upon anyone. I stand by my review from August when we initially moved in- after I posted it we also discovered our washer and dryer was broken when we tried to do a load of laundry, we had to spend hundreds of dollars to book a rover for our pets so that they could do the smoke odor cleaning that should’ve been done before we moved in, we got our cabinet door put in after waiting at least a month- one was just missing, and then on top of all that there was a shooting which posed a huge safety concern. We have issues with valet trash service picking up our trash off and on as well. Just save yourself the stress and inconvenience of living here."

My apartment is spacious and updated nicely. The appliances are newer and work well. I am especially happy with how large my washing machine is! I look forward to the months ahead living here."
