Sutton Suites Hotel 3423 South 160th Street, SeaTac, WA 98188

"Checked in and the e kitchenette had no burners or drip pans in the stove , no remote in the room. The maintenance guy came pounding on my door asking me about my floor and I didn't know what he was speaking about. He came walking in looked around then left . Leaving me confused"

"Burners are removed from stovetop. Bathroom molding is rotten and black powder is all around it. Cockroach in my room. Hotel does not allow pets yet there was a Dog hair all over room. Bedding was dirty or severely stained. I broke out in a horrible rash on my hip"

"The place is falling apart, shower faucet didn’t work properly so no hot water, very loud closing doors in the hall all night, decor is a patchwork of repairs water damage, this should be a $60/night room. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. This place is clean but uncomfortable and very old and dilapidated. Won’t be staying again for that reason alone."

"This was not a bad stay we got a pretty large room for the price we paid. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even have a shuttle to airport or cruise port for a fee. The only thing is there is not elevator so you may want to let them know if you can't walk steps. Also if its late definitely get delivery from Pizza twist. It will not disappoint."

"The hospitality staff here were the best part of my stay and took great care of everything - friendly, helpful, and efficient throughout my check in and shuttle rides. Staying over before a flight, it was great to find a place with interior-facing doors in this price range where I could also leave my car for the week. My room was very clean and had all the convenient little extras: mini fridge, microwave, iron & board, hair dryer, etc."
