"Holy hannah that was awful. We had just come back from vacation and when we went to our car it wouldn’t start. Mind you it’s midnight and freezing outside. Our car has never had any problems so this was very out of the norm. We attempted to jump it and the cables literally started smoking and the rubber burned off them! The staff was very kind and attempted to help us but at 3 AM we decided to rent a room and tow it in the morning and what a mistake! Sketch does not describe what we witnessed in the room! The floor was so dirty and we made sure to touch as little things as possible. They very very much overcharged us making us pay 60$ from 3 AM till the morning. VERY unreasonable considering the conditions of the room and that our car was completely fine before leaving it with them. We ended up having to pay 600$ to get the car fixed and got home a day later than intended. Needless to say i would not recommend."

"I recently rented parked here for 3 nights. When I returned to pickup my car they had brought my car around to the front. As I walked over to the car I had noticed they had left the passenger side window down in the pouring rain for hours!!! Interior was soaking wet. The front desk person dried it off with a towels, but it didn't help much, damage was done. Whole experience was incredibly frustrating. Park at your own risk!"

"The place is dirty and poorly maintained. Our room had a musty smell. Although the staff was friendly, we would not recommend it to anyone."

"I have been a proud individual as a frequently loyal guest in this establishment and for the convenience, variety in multiple people places & thing's when pertaining to this specific place I've enjoyed being apart of this growing and realistic family here at the Seatac Crest Motor Inn, I would say "Yes stay at this great place if your a simple and not to high and mighty as far as price staff and living quarters WELL DONE TO THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE THIS A HOME AND FAMILY WHO MADE THIS POSSIBLE FOR A SIMPLE AND TYPICAL WOMAN WHO IS OPEN MINDED AND THABKFUL FOR SUCH A PLACE"!"

"DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE!!! Please heed this warning, it’s cheap but it will be very expensive mistake. I left my car here, when I came to pick up my car no one answers for the shuttle so I’m abandoned at the airport. Had to pay for a taxi to their location, they refused to take responsibility for not answering their phone for 30 minutes and blamed the “network.” On top of that they left my car unlocked in their lot and things are now missing from my vehicle. Like I said it’s cheap but it will be expensive. Don’t park here!!! There are lots of other better, safer and more reliable options."
