"I have lived here for more than two years and lately I have been having many problems with the administration which provides a very bad service and the doors have been broken down three times and they don't fix them even though they charge a maintenance fee, the main door has been broken down for over a year and another big problem that this place has is the parking lots, all the visitor parking lots are occupied and they don't move the cars for months and the administration doesn't do anything I'm just waiting for my contract to end so I can get out of here."
"I used to live here about 6-7 years ago and I recently moved back and you can tell the property management have turned this place around! A lot nicer, cleaner and safer than what it used to be. Thanks to Rebecca my application, lease signing and move in went smoothly and easy. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice affordable apartment."
"3 years as tenants. It is convenient for our daily commute to and from work especially during heavy snow and rainy days. Manager is very thorough and firm but very accomodating and kind. Staff are all friendly. Always curteous by handing tenants notice in advance during inspections by making sure that fire code are in compliance or maintenance services that are provided on a designated month by management Compound is always maintained. It was great to have the curfew hours of gates closing. It helps keep 24 hour parking spaces accessible to Tenants visitors but due to wreckless visitors/tenants things tends to break down. The management continue to comply and apply preventive or safety measures during this COVID 19 pandemic."
"I’ve been living here for over a month and so far it has been great. The noise level is very quiet to moderate and you can barely hear any airplanes or neighbors. The staff is friendly as well. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for someplace to stay near the airport."
