Skyway Inn & Airport Parking

"If I could give negative stars I would. I made a reservation here for parking over the phone and when I showed up before my flight they told me my van was too big(although it's only a 136" wheelbase, about as long as a Subaru outback or short bed small pickup). I'd also been parking there for about 4 years in the same van without issue. They didn't ask me over the phone about what size vehicle I had either. They were rude about the whole thing too,which added insult to injury. I'm lucky it wasn't busy at SeaTac that day and I found parking elsewhere (at the Sleep Inn about a block away, highly recommend!!), otherwise I would have missed my flight. Don't park here, there are better options nearby for similar prices."

"Do yourself a favor and use another long-term parking location. When I called to arrange a pick-up at the airport, the person on the phone gave rude answers while I was asking where I should wait. The driver arrived and stopped about 400 feet away from the place where I was supposed to be meeting. I walked toward and waved, but the driver took off without me. When I called again, the person on the phone blamed me for not watching out for the driver and hung up on me. I had no clue if they would return to pick me up. After another 30 minutes of waiting, I took an Uber to get there. As soon as I entered the office, all hell broke loose and the lady behind the counter started yelling without me saying anything. I just wanted to pick up my car in peace after a 20-hour flight. I can't say anything abou the hotel, I used only long-therm parking in front of the hotel."

"Good example of getting what you pay for. It’s ok for a short stay before or after the airport, but don’t plan on timely shuttles or a good nights sleep. The room had better amenities than I expected, including a small refrigerator & decent water pressure in the shower, but I’m not going to stay again."

"24 hour shuttle to SEATAC was the selling point for us which was fairly close. Price will always be of concern so it's median rate was a go. Room was clean yet noisy from adjacent neighbors."

"This is a one star ⭐️ hotel. The service was terribly poor. Disclaimer: not chosen by myself. My daughter and I was there for 2 weeks. Upon checking in and having driven all night from Sacramento, I entered the office to check in and it’s raining, I was rudely greeted by Etta, I had a bag of trash in my hand and she insisted that I take it outside to dispose of and not in the trash can in the office. She tried no ma’am. My mom wasn’t cleaned daily even if I asked for service. One day housekeeping advices me it was cleaned yesterday. Wow, I paid to stay here for two weeks. I often had to go get clean towels because I was only given 3 and it’s 2 of us. I saw ants, and water bugs. The refrigerator never worked and was replaced on my last day. It’s close to the airport and good for an overnights stay only."
