"Overall the staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The corridors and overall look of the hotel were super dated and felt like I was stepping into a prison hallway. Could do a bit of work there to make it more welcoming. Instead of bringing amenities up to the room, the staff simply said they didn’t have anyone to do so- but three people were just standing at the reception chatting away. Don’t expect much, but a good room for a quiet nights sleep near the airport. Just a short walk away from the airport terminal and light rail station."

"Clean rooms, not spacious but fine. Dated decor. Small bed for 2. Best feature is that it is easily walkable from airport, just follow signs to the Link station then go thru it and down the elevator and it's a block away."

"Front desk was awesome at every interaction and the shuttle pick up was easy to arrange and the wait wasn’t too long. That is where the positives end. Room was dirty and so were the hall ways. The room ac didn’t work and there was mold and rust in the bathroom. It’s a bit expensive for how badly it needs renovation"

"I can't say nothing bad about the service and staff. Everyone I came in contact with as far as staff were very friendly. The hotel itself and room however, that does not match the staff at all. The hotel is located so close to the airport with a 24 hour shuttle service which is awesome. My issue is the aesthetic of the hotel and the room as well. I didn't feel the shower tub was cleaned properly so my daughter and I showered with our crocs on. The towels were scratchy which I feel is an issue that can be easily fixed. There was no fridge in the room available which is kind of an inconvenience. I was also very disappointed that the photos online do not match the look of the rooms. In the photos you can't see stains on the carpet and dirty walls. I also was not too happy getting really cold water in the middle of my shower and every time I tried to adjust the temperature it would be either too hot or too cold. I also forgot to mention that I tried adding an extra night before arriving and was told I had to pay so much more than what I paid for the days I had already booked. I'm glad I didn't add an extra day and went with another hotel that was able to accommodate me for a night and the room was so much better than the room at SureStay."
