"I called a few days ago and the guy who answered the phone (Jorge) is very unprofessional, he put me on hold like 3 times and I have only one question for him, finally I got transfer, I have to go there to sign some documents and the same person at the reception (Jorge) was looking some videos on his phone I have to stand there for a few minutes and wait for him to finish his music video and not even got greeted , he asked "what do I need", Omar is very kind, polite, funny and professional, Jorge in the other hand is rude, unprofessional with a nasty attitude, unfortunately that won't change because he is Omar's husband, I have to take my case someplace else due to this customer service situation, I have to change my lawyer because of this. I won't recommend to even try to call for a consultation."
