"I had my passport picture taken here and it looks awful and dark. Once printed on your passport, the picture looks even darker. I have brown hair but it looks black on the passport. The picture could have used much better lighting at the store but the employee seemed in hurry because there were other customers. The Walgreens employee also told me I couldn’t smile but the passport agency representatives said that would have been fine :("
