"I have been very disappointed by this service. We applied for a French long-term visa and paid for the extra service to take identity pictures. When we showed up on 2/1, they didn't have a camera and that's fine but they should have cancelled the extra service and told us prior meeting to bring our own picture. this would have prevented to go twice there. They were totally confused on what documents was required as well, which led to a document missing as part of the application. Once they submitted the application to the embassy, we asked for an update as no info was shared back after several weeks. they couldn't initially find our info, then when they found it, they told us they shared our request with their relevant service and no further info for 11 days afterward. We ultimately reached out to the embassy directly on 3/11. In less than 24 hours, the embassy told us that our marriage certificate was missing which they had told VFS on 2/6, 4 weeks earlier. We sent the document directly to the embassy which solved the blocking issue to issue the visa. If we didn't contact the embassy directly, we would still be waiting without our passeport back. Overall, experience was awful. It also impacted substantially our ability to travel overseas for several weeks. This company is incompetent and doesn't have proper communication process in place. This highly impact the companies depending on their service."

"THIS PLACE IS JUST A WASTE OF MONEY. We read the other reviews after we booked the appointment. It’s been more than 2 weeks with no signs of where our passports are. We have our travel next week and don’t think we can make it. It was our honeymoon and these people just spoiled it. Been calling/ emailing them with no solid response and online tracker only says no records. At this point all I want is our passports back, besides the thousands of dollars that are going to go to ashes. If you are reading this review, please save your time and go elsewhere. Update: No one replies on twitter/Fb Update2: no help from VFS whatsoever. The French embassy replied they processed the visa on so &so date and they aren’t in possession of our passports anymore. We didn’t get any updates from VFS or tracking number for delivery. One of our neighbors found our passports lying in the locker room(where they throw all Amazon packages and everyone can access it). We found it on the 15th day after submission, but no updates from VFS even after receiving the passport. It wasn’t a signed secure delivery, no tracking, nothing. We even got a reply on one of our escalated tickets that we ll get a reply in 72 hours, after we received the passport. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE WAY OF HANDLING PASSPORTS & VISAS"

"Paid for premium 5 day service. 2 weeks no updates and no way to contact them! Have to cancel trip. Complete waste of money. Edit / update. (Don’t read to into the comments around being helped on twitter and fb). Both were unhelpful. One said on dm go to website for status (which has not been updated for 2 week despite premium ) , another has washed their hands of this and asking me to talk to embassy. The embassy says visa is processed. Complete horror show here !"

"I purchased silver premium service and hoping to get response in 5 bdays, submitted my passport on 01/26, now 16 business days passed, I didn't get any updates; business meetings has been missed; Seems there's no ways to get connected. (the online query shows invalid with given case no. ) Now things turn to how can I get my passport back, gentlemen."

"Pretty unsatisfactory experience with it so far. I got the bronze package and had my biometrics done on 9/29/2023. I was told that I'll receive my passport within 3 weeks. Last message I got was The processed visa application was collected from the UK Visa Application Centre on Oct 05, 2023. I haven't heard anything since 10/5. So it has already been six weeks for what they said was going to take three. And there is no way to contact them! Should I just go and knock on their doors without an appointment? It has been really frustrating so far."
