"I went to the Lake City Customer Service Center to get tax help this year (for the first time) and boy did they deliver! I was very impressed with the amount of effort Bob, Wednesday, and Jeff put into helping me get my taxes done for 2024. I sure couldn’t have done this by myself. Thank you for providing this service! Things to remember if you’re getting your taxes done: your drivers license/state ID and your social security. They won’t accept your birth certificate or passport as replacement for your social security card BUT you can use a photo or copy of your social security."

"I would STRONGLY recommend visiting any other renewal office. I would give it less stars if I could. Both the communication and the customer service were sub par. The attendants were neither helpful, kind, or courteous."
