"Website is NOT user friendly. It let me choose a package in Seattle but then booked my appointment in London. Cannot rebook the appointment without filing for a refund first. Refund takes 15 days. Also cannot rebook the appointment at the proper branch because it won't let me go back to the beginning of the application and choose one of the packages that are available at Seattle branch. Nothing but frustration and no phone number to call, only emails if you're lucky enough to actually find that information after wading through tons of pages of 'self help' that is no help at all."

"I was extremely worried after reading all the bad reviews and the fact the address in Google was incorrect. However I was very pleasantly surprised at the excellent service. We came early for our appointment but we were seen right away. I can't remember the man's name who helped us but he was very professional and thorough and patiently answered all my questions. We were apply for a student visa to the UK which appears to be less complicated than other applications. Thank you!"

"Absolutely terrible if you try to call them. They charge 4.5 dollars a minute. Their employees don't have answers to simple questions, keep you on hold and then don't have an answer. I had to call back to speak with a second employee, finally he could answer quickly, but I'm charge 20 USD for literally 2 minutes. They are just taking advantage of people in my opinion"
